Data Domain Owner/Dashboard Developer

Ensure the data quality and manage the Data Catalogue for a dedicated business process.
Responsible for the life cycle of the business Data & Analytics requests and proposals
Development and maintenance of existing Quality dashboards and analytical reports.

Skills/Competencies:
• Demonstrate abilities to understand business request and to translate them in data and technical requirements.
• Strong ability to develop dashboards.
• Strong ability to mine the data. Experience in SQL required.
• Ability to work in a validated environment (GxP, SOX, … etc).

Knowledge/Experiences:

Looking for an IT Business Process Analyst to provide active support in project work and data / system analyses in the organizational unit "IT Commercial"

Skills/Competencies:
• Assistance in the migration of local applications according to the IT group strategy by group standard solutions
• Technical support of system integrations (interfaces) and data migrations
• Supporting the business stakeholders in the implementation and further development of new technical standard solutions in the responsible area
• Adherence to internal IT standards, methods and strategies.
• Leading IT projects with internal and external specialists
• Manage relationships with stakeholders at local and regional level as well as with the global IT support organizations.
• Supporting the alignment of local infrastructure with global standards
• Supporting the maintenance of validation of GxP relevant systems

Knowledge/Experiences:

  • 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, consulting or high-tech industry in an international business environment
  • Experience in ERP (SAP), EDMS, HR, Legal, QA
  • Good understanding of software architecture, data architecture and ETL
  • Strong analytical skills in taking requirements and implementing related solutions

We are looking for an Expert or Lead with a very strong focus on digital analytics who loves to transmit their passion for web technologies and big data projects to clients to shape and drive their digital solutions and experiences. You are a good fit if you are a sharp mind that gathers and analysis marketing & business needs and translates into efficient marketing platform solutions. Translating marketing planning and processes into workflows and required marketing tech stacks, especially covering Digital Analytics.

Location - Euskirchen/Munich office with flexible time at home each week.

The Analytics expert will:

  • Provision of reports with comprehensive key business findings, based on figures and KPI’s. Lead the build of dashboards for all digital reports
  • Analysis of the customer journey and buying behavior to improve online customer experience
  • Development and verification of hypothesis for the optimization of the customer journey
  • Continuous further development of processes and key figures within the digital-/web-analysis environment
  • Ensuring a reliable and consistent web-analytics database
